Jan. 18, 2009 - Boy Scout meeting in Scout room - 1:30 - 2:30 pm (finalize plans for Klondike Derby)
Jan. 31, 2009 - Klondike Derby at Camp Drake. Registration from 7:30-8:45 am, activities start at 9:00 am through 3:00 pm. $10.00 per scout. Dress in layers of warm clothes. We are not camping, only staying for the Saturday activities.

April 5, 2009 - Boy Scout Meeting - 1:30 pm at Methodist Church - continue working on orienteering badge.
April 16, 2009 - Boy Scout Meeting - 6:30 pm at Methodist Church - finish First Aid badge requirements.
April 19, 2009 - Boy Scout Meeting at City Hall - 2:30 pm - Fingerprinting Badge
April 24 - 26, 2009 - Spring Camporee at Forest Glen, registration is $12.00 per person please let Mike Webb know if you are going by April 10th.
May 8, 2009 - Summer Camp Fees Due by this date.
June 26-27, 2009 - Camping/Fishing at the Conservation Club in Hoopeston starting at 3:00 pm on Friday and going until 8:00 am on Saturday. Boy Scouts will be doing the cooking, bring your fishing pole and we will also clean and cook fish.
June 30, 2009 - Final day to register for the Illini Jamboree - $45.00 for Boy Scouts includes ticket to Illini Football Game.
July 19 - 25, 2009 - Troop 118 Summer Camp Week at Camp Drake near Oakwood. Camping at Scouter's Point for the week.
Aug. 30, 2009 - Boy Scout Meeting - 1:30 pm at Methodist Church, we will be filling bags for scouts to hand out in the parade.
Sept. 5, 2009 - Boy Scouts in Sweetcorn Festival Parade - 10:30 am
Sept. 18, 2009 - Boy Scout Meeting - 6:30 pm at the Methodist Church - building marshmallow guns / Popcorn Sales Seminar!

Oct. 9-10, 2009 - Camping at Conservation Club with Cub Scouts, starting at 4 pm on Friday and breaking camp on Saturday morning. Bring enough foor and drink for one night, we will have a campfire and hopefully catch some fish!! (this is not confirmed at this time)

- Oct. 30, 2009 - Popcorn Sales End - Bring money, order forms and have your child pick out the prizes they want. Please come in between 6:00-7:30 pm at the Church. If you are unable to come on Friday between 6:00-7:30 you can also bring your money and order forms to the Karate school on Thursday Oct. 29 between 4:30 & 8:15 pm
Nov. 14, 2009 - Popcorn Distribution Day - pick up your popcorn for delivery at the Methodist Church starting at 10:00 am.
Nov. 15, 2009 - Boy Scout Meeting - 1:30 pm at Methodist Church, this will be approximately a 2-hour meeting as we will be working on a badge.
Nov. 20, 2009 - Boy Scout Meeting - 7:00 pm at Methodist Church - Alderman Bill Goodwine will be at the meeting.
